Be advised, our higher pay rates come with higher expectations. If an employee inquiry passes our initial screening, then a "Test Run" will be scheduled. All applicants seeking employment with Sea Clear Pool and Spa will spend time working alongside our Field Manager to confirm adequate industry knowledge before anyone is officially hired. 

Yes, we do compensate people for their time during the "Test Run". PLEASE, if "Test Strips" are the only way you know how to test water chemistry, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

Sea Clear Pool and Spa has many Commercial accounts within Volusia County. We service Condominiums, Hotels, Apartment Communities, Private Subdivisions, Retirement Communities, etc.. Applicants that apply to run their own Commercial Maintenance route need to have at least 1 year of experience working with Commercial Pool Equipment and should know Health Department requirements. Applicants with less than 1 year experience can start as a "Helper" and we will train them to become a "Lead". Anyone working on a Commercial route must be capable of speaking with Property Owners/Personnel and Guests with the highest level of professionalism, along with consistently delivering pristine results.

Sea Clear Pool and Spa take the responsibility of servicing private homes very seriously. It is a special honor to be trusted with someone's personal property. Applicants wishing to be employed to run a Residential Maintenance route must show the utmost respect to Residents and all their property and must provide every customer with patient and kind customer service. One year of experience is preferred. 

Sea Clear Pool and Spa prefer that anyone applying to be a Commercial Repair Technician have at least 2 years of experience performing repairs on Commercial Equipment, should know Health Department requirements, must have the awareness and diligence to maintain a safe workspace at all times and leave the jobsite beautiful and clean. Anyone working on a Commercial property must be capable of speaking with Property Owners/Personnel and Guests with the highest level of professionalism.

Sea Clear Pool and Spa prefer that anyone applying to be a Residential Repair Technician have at least 1 year of experience performing Residential Repairs. They must show the utmost respect to Residents and all their property and must provide every customer with patient and kind customer service. They must maintain a safe workspace at all times and leave the jobsite beautiful and clean.

Sea Clear Pool and Spa prefer that anyone applying to be a Leak Detection Specialist have at least 1 year of experience performing Leak Detections. Applicants must be familiar with all leak detection methods; Dye, Listening Devices, and Pressure Testing.
